BIOGRAPHICAL PROFILE

Keith Riordan

An Australian country singer.

In 1948 his family moved to Lockington and in 1950 he began singing solo at school concerts. In 1952 he won the first talent quest he entered at Barooga, NSW. From then on he appeared regularly on concerts and talent quests.

In 1956 he Met with Neville Pellitt with the radio station 3SR Shepparton and from then appeared regularly on the Harmony Trail Concerts until the ceased in the early 60’s.
1959 – First single “A Demon Called Love” (written by Colin James) was released on Planet Records.

In 1961 his first album was released on W & G. Keith continued to record on W & G until the ceased operation in the late 70’s.

Keith had his own television show in Shepparton.

Induted into “The Hands of Fame” in 1979.
